Joy & DIABLO
She had yet to see anyone along the streets, she was wise this time; not going through the city on a big black stallion. With her being of african american decent as well, many people still turned their heads when they saw her coming down the road. Joy didn't let it bother her anymore though, she was not one of the bad ones that was the stereotype of her race. No, she was much more intelligent, and respectful. She did not rob people, or stab them. She was violent yes, but only in self defense. She let out a sigh as she felt Diablo's massive, yet slender body buck a little drawing her from her thoughts.
The 17Hh brute tossed his thick skull skyward, his scarred chest and limbs rising in the air as he pivoted on his hinds towards what seemed to be a road to a stable. The massive black beast took off at a steady canter, his thick limbs tearing apart the turff beneath him. Joy held onto his mane the reins loose in her palms. She never really had a use for tack. She used it only because Diablo had a tendency to reach high speeds and soar over imaginary obsticals. The jet black stallion moved faster down the road, and soon Joy saw a sign that said evergreen stables. She smiled and leaned in closer to Diablo, pating his broad neck. He always was a smart stallion, despite what other people thought of him. Feathered irons came to a sudden halt as they came to a main building. Joy looked around, and so did Diablo. his mighty skull was held high, and tucked to his chest. His nasals flared and he stomped his large iron as Joy was about to dismount. She pursed her lips in thought before setteling back down into the saddle seat. Diablo's harks flew into his thick locks and Joy stroked his nape, ruffeling his tassles to calm him. "Hello... is anyone here?" She called out, her voice was loud but it was not rude in its tone. She had a powerful voice, as she was used to speaking up for herself and her horse.
Diablo looked at the horses stuckin pastures and he snarled, and let out a deep bellow, letting Joy know of his distaste for how complacent most tame horses were in their pastures. Joy gave Diablo a small tap on his nape with her finger, and he moved forward, slowly looking around the main yard. Joy wasn't going to go snooping unless no one showed up.

The sound of hooves on the pavement of the road leading to the ranch echoed throughout one of the stables, as the stable doors were opened. Though, it wasn't until a voice was heard did the raven-haired female lift her gaze from her work. Standing from her desk filled with papers, she made her way out of her little office inside the stable and headed down the hallway. All of the stalls were empty at this time of day, since the only horses of the ranch were out in the pastures. It didn't take long for the young woman to make her way to the opened doorway and glance out at the girl and stallion. Sliding her sleeves up to the elbow, she headed out of the stable and towards the girl and her horse.
"Hello, how may I help you?" Sabrial Michaels inquired of the young girl. Though, she could tell the girl was younger than herself; but didn't make any comment about it. Stopping a few feet away from the two, she glanced up at the girl who sat upon the stallion's back. The ranch was alive with the sounds of the horses in the pastures. Though, there was only three horses, currently at the ranch. Two stallions; and a mare. One stallion and the mare belonging to Sabrial, herself. But, the other stallion belonging to her older half-brother. Slowly, she slid her hands into the pockets on her shorts and just waited for the girl's answer to her question.

Joy & DIABLO
It didn't take long for someone to answer her. Joy stopped Diablo smoothly as a young woman came out of one of the stables. She was a pretty woman, but wasn't much older than herself. AS she came to speak, Joy listened. "I'm sorry to intrude on your land, but I'm looking to see if I could keep Diablo here." She said. Joy then realized how rude she was being, and back diablo up a foot. She dismounted in a fluid motion, holding his reins in her left hand, as she then outstretched her right to the lady. "I am Joy, Joy Williams."She smiled softy to the woman, for Joy was a shy being. The only reason she was even going through this trouble is because she didn't want to let Diablo go loose in the wild lands and get rounded up. But she had left her new mare off where she could run but not get away.
Joy's soft eyes stayed on the owner, "I also have another horse. A morgan. I need somewhere to keep her too." Joy paused, before continuing, "I don't have alot of money though, and I was hoping that I could do work around here and chores to keep them here..." Joy said, looking up at her stallion and stroking his big muzzle. She looked back to the woman, and waited for her response. IF she had the money should would build her own ranch, but that was just a dream. and a far off dream at that..

'I'm sorry to intrude on your land, but I'm looking to see if I could keep Diablo here.' Sabrial listened to the girl's words but didn't respond right away. Instead she watched the girl back the stallion up before dismounting. 'I am Joy, Joy Williams.' Upon hearing the introduction, Sabrial took the girl's hand in her own and shook it. "It's nice to meet you, Joy. I'm Sabrial; Sabrial Michaels," she responded, introducing herself to the young girl.

Upon hearing the girl's words, Sabrial thought about it for a bit. Shrugging her shoulders, she glanced around at the ranch before turning her attention back to Joy. "Alright. As long as you promise to do work around the ranch. That includes looking after your own horses," she answered. She didn't see what it could hurt, she had plenty of money to feed the horses and plenty of space for them.[/size][/blockquote][/blockquote][/blockquote]
