The snowy mountain stood in the distance. The chocolate colored mare snorted as she took in her surroundings. Echo pawed at the ground as she tried to dig up the frost covered grass. The mare had no idea where she was going or who's territory she was moving into. She hoped that it was a stallion's territory at least she would have more of a chance to justify why she had trespassed. Echo worked her way up the snow capped and rocky mountain, being a mountain breed she was quite used to the terrain. She came to an open plain, with little white patches of snow covering it. The high altitude made the mare short of breathe and colder. Echo moved farther into the snowy meadow, her ears flicked around making sure that she was aware of the things that might be lurking in the shadows.

Moonlight Sonata Supple hide flowed over flesh and bone flawlessly. Jagged enamels stayed hidden behind black velvet and heavily feathered diamonds struck the geo lightly. This fine specimen of a stud was gorgeous. He had what many would call 'unnatural coloring' in his mane. He wasn't a pure bred Frisian though. He was mixed with shire and quarter horse as well. Giving his mane the frosting that many dun horses had in their mane, and his extreme height from the shire blood. His eyes were special as well, one was pure black while the other was ice blue and black where he lost pigmentation. Daunting 18 hand form moved easily through the lands then.. he knew Diablo resided at one of the ranches, and he would make his way there soon after he became settled within his new home.
Sharp pearls ground against each other as his masculine form came into the mountains. The wind whipped his extremly long cords about his face and nape. His hind cords warping around his limbs. Chiseled chest expanded as he took in a deep breath. He was wandering and soon heard steps. Harks pinned to his skull in annoyance, for he thought that cowardice stallion came back to reclaim his lost land. Powerful form pushed through the snow, hot breath visable in the cool air. He soon came to a meadow and stumbled upon a mare. Sonata snorted then and his massive skull rose. He was less aggrivated now but he knew mares these days were odd creatures. He walked up to the mare and stopped a few yards away. His fine skull tipping to the side lightly in acknowledgment. "Greetings. I am Moonlight Sonata, but please call me Sonata." His voice was cold but it was charming as it was acompanied by a slight crooked smile. "Might I inquire- what are you doing here? What is your calling m'lady" His tones were honest and in a way, intimidating. But he was not trying to intimidate this potential companion.

Her ears flew around trying to catch all the little tiny sounds that were in the cracks and creives of the territory. Her eyes buldging, her ears flicked forward. She caught sight of a large ebony stallion approaching her. Echo heard the low voice of the unnamed stud. Snorting the large puff of warm air from her nostrils suddenly vanished into thin air. "I'm not quite sure how I made my way up to this fine piece of territory. You may call me Echo." The mare watched for any signs of irritation that might have put her in danger of the possible wrath Sonata. She shuffled her hooves a bit, making a white puff of snow come up off the ground. Her attention redirected to the black stallion.
